Maintaining good physical health also enhances your mental health and general wellbeing. Be active for at least 30 minutes every day, whether it be through cycling, gardening, yoga, dancing, jogging, or any other form of exercise. Consume a nutritious, balanced diet. Don't forget to get adequate rest.
