   Medicalchain has harnessed the potential of blockchain technology to enable patients to share their medical history with healthcare professionals in a safe and secure way. Using the concept of a distributed ledger, information sharing is made easier.
   
   
3. Mobile Cancer Screening
   The mortality rate arising from cervical cancer can be greatly prevented through early intervention. MobileODT's new device called the EVA System helps detect cervical cancer with 90% accuracy. The company uses a machine learning algorithm that enables the device to capture cervix images and interpret them. With this technology, there is no need for physical consultation, where results often take weeks to be released. The device is simply placed beside the bed and turned on before sleep. Although this has not been clinically tested, SoeMac aims to conduct thorough studies in the future.
